The Mexico Aerospace Fair (FAMEX) offers a variety of exhibition spaces designed to showcase your products effectively and provide an ideal environment for engaging with customers and business partners.
Themed exhibition areas dedicated to specific sectors of the aerospace industry, where companies and organizations can showcase their products, services, and innovative technologies. These spaces are designed to promote business opportunities, networking, and collaboration among industry leaders.
Open-air spaces designated for the display of aircraft and large-scale equipment. These areas allow visitors to experience aircraft, helicopters, drones, and other aerial vehicles through static displays, providing an ideal setting to demonstrate their capabilities and advanced technologies.
Exclusive hospitality spaces designed for companies and organizations to host private meetings, business presentations, and special events. Business Chalets provide a comfortable and professional environment for networking, discussing partnership opportunities, and concluding commercial agreements.
Throughout the event, a wide range of aircraft will be featured in both static displays and aerial demonstrations.
The exhibition includes:
• Fighter aircraft.
• Helicopters.
• Commercial and private aircraft.
• Drones and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Domestic and international companies interested in purchasing an exhibition island, booth, Business Chalet, or exhibition space for a vehicle or aircraft must complete the following steps:
1. Review the FAMEX 2025 Venue Layout, available in the Sales section of this website or by requesting it via comercial@f-airmexico.com, to select the preferred location for your exhibit.
2. Request a quotation by emailing comercial@f-airmexico.com.
3. Complete the payment to the Federal Treasury of Mexico (TESOFE) using the e5 payment form or via electronic bank transfer.
4. Notify the FAMEX Commercial Team by email at comercial@f-airmexico.com or by telephone at +52 (55) 7098 5299, confirming that payment has been completed and attaching the corresponding proof of payment.
5. The FAMEX Commercial Department will verify the payment with TESOFE. If any discrepancies are identified, the applicant will be contacted to review the payment process.
6. Once the payment has been successfully verified, FAMEX will issue the corresponding invoice and a commercial agreement to formally confirm the purchase.
